On November 30, the suspect checked into the HI New York City Hostel located at 104th Street and Amsterdam. Interestingly, during his stay at the hostel, he shared a room with two other men and reportedly used a New Jersey license that is not his own. This detail has raised eyebrows, as detectives have found that the name on the ID doesn’t match any known photographs of the suspect.
Captivating Surveillance Footage
In a surprising twist, police released new surveillance images of the suspect smiling without a mask while checking into the hostel. The cheerful exchange between him and the front desk clerk has become a focal point in the investigation.
