This makes Sorekara the newest two-starred gem in Florida. The restaurant embraces Japan’s 72 micro-seasons, crafting a menu that showcases the beautiful array of seasonal ingredients. Each dish is a work of art, served in a luxurious, multi-room dining experience that leaves guests both enchanted and excited.

It’s important to note that Sorekara is now in elite company, as the only other Floridian two-star restaurant is the renowned L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Miami. Talk about culinary excellence!
