Among the standout projects is the Florida Gateway Logistics Park, which is now set to enter its second phase of construction. The permits for two shell buildings were issued to Evans General Contractors for a combined value of $44.3 million. Building four will span 647,276 square feet, while building six will cover 179,200 square feet. Located at 9909 Pritchard Road, this industrial park is already home to significant tenants such as Total Distribution Inc. and IPEX.
