The Pulse Memorial Advisory Committee consists of 18 dedicated members, which include survivors, the families of victims, and community leaders. This diverse group has come together following the dissolution of the onePULSE Foundation, which previously managed the memorial project. The level of interest in joining this committee was remarkable, with over 150 applications submitted before the June 23 deadline.
Among the voices in the committee is Keinon Carter, a survivor who passionately advocates for a memorial that serves as a welcoming space for remembrance and community engagement.
